Clint Koerth

Clinton has been in the oil and gas industry for over 18 years and has extensive knowledge in business development. He graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Petroleum Land Management and a minor in Business Law. Clinton later earned his MBA from The University of Texas – Dallas with concentration on International Organizations & Strategy.

After graduation, Clinton began working as an independent petroleum landman. He negotiated and prepared acquisition contracts, farmouts, oil and gas leases, and rights-of-ways in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Mississippi. Some of his clients included Carla Petroleum Inc., Finley Resources Inc., Brannon Oil & Gas, Snyder Oil Corporation, and Lone Star Pipeline.

In 2002, Clinton became a partner and Vice President- Business Development

with CH4 Energy, LLC, a private equity start-up company. While there, he oversaw all business development, land and acquisition activities. When the company was sold in 2006 to Bill Barrett Corporation, Clinton joined the Finley team as Vice President of Acquisitions and Land. Since coming on board, he has overseen the acquisition of over $200,000,000 in oil and gas properties.

Clinton is a member of AAPL, ADAM, Wyoming Association of Petroleum Landmen, and Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen.
